Refund & Return
We doing our best to provide best service for our customers. However, if you are not happy with your purchase we are willing to provide a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:
- All returns and refunds must be applied within 28 days of receiving your purchase at [email protected], refund from customer account page or the Contact Us page.
- Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund. We will review your request and response to you.
- Returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt. If the returned item is not in the acceptable condition it will be refused acceptance.
- We are not responsible for the shipping charge of returns for personal reasons. Please consider carefully before placing orders.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us immediately at [email protected]. You need to provide:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Picture of damaged package or products
We will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But the damage caused by the customer will be issued an extra fee for replacement.
Process Time of Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will take 5-16 business days after we approve your request.
But it will take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. If you have any questions about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.
Change or Cancel Order
If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.
